PNR-100 Endless Round SlingCapable of being used in vertical, choker and basket hitches.Wear points can be shifted to extend sling life.Pliable body hugs the load and offers super strength and ease of handling.Slings feature identification tags indicating size, type and rated capacity.
Engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of EN 1492-2 and ASME B30.9, the PNR-100 offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, making it significantly easier to handle than traditional chain or wire rope slings. The soft, pliable body of the sling "hugs the load because of the flexible core fibers," providing a secure grip while protecting the load's surface from scratches or crushing. Each sling is color-coded according to international standards for immediate capacity identification and features a 7:1 safety factor (European) or 5:1 (US) to ensure maximum operational security.
The Engineering of Synthetic Round Slings
The PNR-100 Endless Round Sling represents the pinnacle of textile lifting technology. Unlike webbing slings, where the load is carried by the entire width of the fabric, a round sling's capacity is derived from the internal core of multiple polyester yarns. These yarns are "un-twisted and parallel because of the need to ensure equal tension distribution across all fibers." This internal architecture allows the sling to remain highly flexible while maintaining a massive breaking strength.
Material Science: High-Tenacity Polyester (PES)
The choice of 100% High-Tenacity Polyester is critical for industrial lifting. Polyester is "chemically stable because of its resistance to most mineral acids and oils," making it suitable for use in diverse industrial environments. Furthermore, polyester "retains its strength when wet because of its low moisture absorption rate," unlike nylon which can lose up to 15% of its capacity in humid conditions. The material is also UV-stabilized to prevent "photo-degradation because of the inclusion of specialized UV-inhibitors during the fiber extrusion process."
Durability through Advanced Construction
• Seamless Protective Sleeve: The outer sleeve is woven as a seamless tube, which "prevents premature failure because of the absence of load-bearing seams that could unravel under friction."
• Low Elongation Properties: The PNR-100 is designed for precision lifting. The polyester core provides "minimal stretch because of the high-modulus fibers," ensuring the load remains stable and at the intended height during the lift.
• Traceability & Identification: Each sling is equipped with a heavy-duty identification tag that is "permanently legible because of the protective plastic sleeve," containing the WLL, serial number, and manufacturing date.
The following specifications are based on the EN 1492-2 international standard for polyester round slings.

The PNR-100 Endless Round Sling is manufactured and tested in accordance with the following global standards:
• EN 1492-2: Textile slings - Safety - Part 2: Roundslings made of man-made fibres for general purpose use.
• ASME B30.9: Slings - Selection, Care, and Use (Section 9-6: Synthetic Roundslings).
• ISO 4878: Flat woven webbing slings made of man-made fibre for general purpose use (Mechanical properties).
• ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems - Ensuring "consistent manufacturing quality because of the rigorous batch testing and process documentation."
Testing and Quality Control
• Destructive Breaking Test: Samples from every production batch are tested to destruction to ensure they "meet the 7:1 safety factor because of the verification of the core fiber's ultimate tensile strength."
• Elongation Verification: Slings are tested under load to ensure they "maintain dimensional stability because of the controlled tensioning of the internal yarns."
• Visual & Dimensional Inspection: Every sling is inspected for "sleeve integrity and tag accuracy because of the zero-tolerance policy for manufacturing defects."
Safety and Maintenance
• Edge Protection: Always use corner protectors or wear sleeves when lifting loads with sharp edges to "prevent sleeve cutting because of the high localized pressure."
• Inspection: Inspect before every use for cuts, snags, or heat damage. If the internal core yarns are visible through the sleeve, the sling "must be removed from service immediately because of the loss of structural integrity."
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and dark place to "prevent UV degradation and mildew growth because of the long-term exposure to environmental elements."
• Chemical Exposure: While resistant to many chemicals, always consult the manufacturer if the sling will be exposed to high concentrations of alkalis or specialized solvents.
